JC&A performed a 60,000 SF gut renovation of two existing core and shell spaces into a new showroom, service and sales offices, and bike storage spaces for Harley Davidson’s new dealership location.

Project highlights included exterior (site work, underground utility services, repaving, landscaping) and interior (full demolition down to the building envelope and buildout of completely new MEP/FP as well as all architectural components) work.

Comprehensive structural upgrades and new 100 feet deep drilled piles throughout the site to bring both buildings up to current code standards.
