LET’S WORK TOGETHER!

Great construction management teams are only as good as their subcontractor partners. At J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., we have developed quality, long-term relationships with outstanding subcontractors who share our commitment of being the very best. Therefore, working with these great teams has a substantial impact on our clients’ positive construction experience. In addition, we encourage the development of new and existing relationships with subcontractors who bring the right players to the table.

"About 30 years ago I was already in business for 17 years when the new J. Calnan & Associates company hired me to install a fabric wall covering in their new conference room in Quincy. Afterwards I interviewed with your people regarding bidding on painting projects. I was told by them that subcontractors would be treated as partners and not subordinates and that mutual respect was to be the norm. That was a novel concept at that time. It was also true. I have never worked with a better company during my 47 years as a contractor. I feel very fortunate and very thankful for having worked for J Calnan & Associates for 3 decades. "
