JC&A teamed up with ahp Architects to deliver a new, 100,000 SF electronics manufacturing facility for EIT Zollner at 9 Northeastern Boulevard in Salem, NH.

The project consisted of development of demolition of the existing space and fit-out and expansion of empty shell space into an electronics manufacturing facility for circuit board production and testing.

The planned expansion allowed for additional production options and additional potential for customer projects. Expansion of the Salem location also anchors the strategically important position on the East Coast for EIT Zollner and reinforces its presence in the relevant markets there, Industrial Electronics, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Aerospace and Defense.
