Construction Management Firm to Renovate 55,000 SF CIDC’s World Headquarters.
J. This project will be a collaborative effort between the property manager, Jones Lang LaSalle; Broker, Richards Barry Joyce & Partners; architect, Dyer Brown; construction manager, J. Calnan & Associates; and engineer, C3.
Located in Cambridge, MA, the 55,000 square foot renovation of the office space in Cambridge will serve as Cambridge Interactive Development Corporation’s world headquarters. The project included the reallocation of office space by installing new interior partitions, construction of dining services facilities and custom finishes to 2 floors.

Calnan and Associates, Inc. was selected based on the team’s extensive experience working in occupied buildings and for their proven ability to successfully complete fast-tracked, time sensitive construction projects.
