Construction Management Firm to Build 100,000 SF Technology Center for Parexel
J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., one of New England’s leading construction management firms specializing in world-class pre-construction services and challenging construction projects, announced today that it was awarded the pre-construction and construction management services for the leading global bio/pharmaceutical services organization, Parexel. This project will be a collaborative effort between Parexel; project manager, Fox Relocation; architect, ADD, Inc; construction manager, J. Calnan & Associates; engineer, RDK Engineers and technology consultant, The Coven Group.
Located in Billerica, MA, the new 100,000 square foot Technology Center includes the complete interior demolition and renovation of the entire building with the exception of the lobby and other core areas. The new and renovated spaces will house a new 7,000 square foot data center, including the lobby and office areas with custom design features. This building will also be LEED Certified.
