Construction Manager Breaks Ground on the 33% Expansion of Sage School Campus

As the Sage School’s academic year winds down for the summer, construction crews are busy mobilizing with plans to expand the existing campus by 33 percent.
JC&A recently celebrated the groundbreaking in Foxboro adding the Sage School to an impressive private school client list that includes Thayer Academy, Notre Dame Academy, Newton Country Day School, Phillips Academy, Bishop Feehan, Eastern Nazarene College and Tufts University.
The Sage School Gym and Arts Wing Addition are two different independent structural buildings that are being erected simultaneously. Working collaboratively with architect, Drummey Rosane Anderson; engineers, Mass Bay Colony Group and owner’s representative, Keystone Construction & Management, Inc, the additions totaling 13,000 square foot include environmentally friendly mechanical systems and exterior colors with low emissivity.
The Sage School is a private, independent, non-profit day school dedicated to serving the educational needs of academically gifted girls & boys in greater Boston and Providence.
