JC&A partnered with Beacon Capital Partners, Perkins&Will and Fitzmeyer Tocci to deliver a 15,000 SF medical office space for Personal Physicians HealthCare, a concierge-style primary care group at Wellesley Gateway.
The new space, located in Wellesley, MA, features multiple private medical offices and examination rooms, a large lobby and reception area, labs, a conference room, and a staff lounge.
Careful attention was given to engineering in the exam rooms for comfort, sanitation and air quality. Additionally, sound attenuation was a major focus with NRC and CAC accommodations for privacy for HIPA compliance. Partitions, ceilings and wall treatments were all carefully built and finish selections made to align with a private environment for PPHC’s patients.
PPHC has an extensive network of specialists, partnering with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), and Newton-Wellesley Hospital (NWH).
