JC&A completed a 105,000 SF Hilton Garden Inn located in Marlborough, MA.

This project was a steel and wood framed, podium-type construction of a 5-story 160 key hotel.

The project scope included installation of indoor heated pool, restaurant with bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, lobby/reception area with custom light installations, business center, conference rooms and an outdoor patio/recreation area in addition to the 160 luxury suites.

The hotel is located adjacent to the Marlborough Hills business park and I-495.
