JC&A partnered with Greatland Realty Partners to reposition two adjacent buildings fro Cambridgeport Labs at 99 Erie and 167 Sidney Street in Cambridge, MA. Over a prolonged preconstruction period, JC&A worked with ownership to evaluate multiple repositioning and laboratory options. This collaborative process completely changed ownerships original vision and allowed the project to move forward.

The project totaled 56K square feet that can accommodate over 34K square feet of constructed BL2 laboratory space.

JC&A also completed masonry restoration on both buildings as well as installing case work and glass partitions of the open labs.

Both buildings are LEED certified.
