Working collaboratively with FMC, AHA Engineers and Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, J. Calnan & Associates is currently underway with the challenging 75,000 square foot interior fit-out located in Needham, MA. The project includes significant lighting and HVAC changes; a new state-of-the-art data center including multiple Liebert HVAC and UPS systems and raised flooring; new lighting and furniture throughout; high-end finishes as well as new millwork and aluminum entrances.
Phase 1 of the project will be complete in this Fall with Phase 2 wrapping up early 2011.
