9/10/2010, Quincy, MA — J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. one of New England’s leading construction management firms specializing in world-class preconstruction services and challenging construction projects, announced today that Kevin Cahill, Matthew Cahill and Joseph Zapustus have all joined the Quincy-based company as Project Superintendents. In this capacity, they will be responsible for advancing JC&A’s ability to deliver world-class service to our clients by completing projects on-time, within budget while running a safe and efficient jobsite.
Additionally, they will interface directly, on a daily basis, with the client’s representative and the client’s architect and engineers to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with all plan specifications and applicable building codes. They are directly responsible for the daily construction trade coordination, project schedule delivery, quality control, safety and security.
Kevin is currently working with the iRobot team in Bedford; Matt, Puma in Westford and Joe is completing a project for Fresenius Medical Center.
