JC&A’s focused Special Projects Division to renovate new headquarters for international hydroelectric power company
6/17/2008, Quincy, MA — J. Calnan & Associates, Inc’s Special Projects Division was recently selected by Brookfield Renewable Power to complete the extensive renovation to their new office space. The 29,000 square foot project, located in Marlborough, MA will serve as BRP’s new corporate headquarters for their United States Operations and will house Brookview’s U.S. executives, accounting and finance departments.
JC&A will work collaboratively with Visnick & Caufield Associates and WB Engineers to complete this significant project that will create 100 new jobs. The project scope includes new state-of-the art offices, high-tech conference rooms, a sophisticated reception area, modern bathrooms and a new café for the employees. Finishes will include floating acoustical ceiling clouds, specialty lighting, porcelain tile, and vinyl plank floors. The S.C.C. will be a full service monitoring center overseeing many of their power plants. It will include redundant power plants and generators along with multiple CRAC units and gaseous fire suppression systems.
JC&A’s Special Projects Division was chosen for this project due to the team’s successful history completing fast-track tenant fit-out projects and for its reputation for providing world class customer service.
