CATCH UP WITH ABY YOUSSEF

Aby Youssef, Project Superintendent, has been with the company for six years and counting! He joined in January 2017 as an assistant super and in under a year he transitioned into a full time super role.  Since joining the JC&A team, Aby has truly found meaning in the community and views his colleagues as family.

His proudest moments at JC&A include completing his first project in New York City which was an OfficeWorks project in the Flatiron District. Additionally, Aby is looking forward to representing JC&A in the Boston Marathon where he will be competing.

As an extremely loyal and trusted employee, Aby has been a part of some incredible projects. He really enjoyed working on 149 Madison where he completed a full demolition of the basement, first floor and mezzanine that took a turn and became an asbestos project. Some might even call him a hero since he found a water main leak in the middle of the street.  Another project he enjoyed working on was Grapeshot and other suites at 111 and 115 Broadway which is an old building that was constructed in 1905.

The JC&A Way can be found in the essence of each employee. For Aby, it is emphasized in the respect and treatment of employees. Aby described that the JC&A way means treating his colleagues just as he would his family. He truly feels that everyone at JC&A is treated with respect and kindness reciprocates that treatment.

Aby feels the continuous care and support from the JC&A family. He looks forward to his continued growth with the company and the holiday party next year.
