Thank You Team IMPACT Supporters!

Thank You Team IMPACT Supporters!

10/26/2012, Quincy, MA — On behalf of the Team IMPACT board members, staff, athletic teams and families, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to those of you who supported Team IMPACT’s Inaugural Game Day Gala.

To quote our honorary speaker, Dick Vitale, the night was “Awesome, Baby!” For those who were able to join us, we hope that you enjoyed the event as much as we did and that you were inspired by the powerful stories told by the medical professionals, coaches, student-athletes, parents and children who have all been touched by teamwork and the powerful concept of creating partnerships between sick children and college athletic teams.

As a result of the gala, our 550 attendees and press coverage around the event have already generated new referrals to the program. Additionally, through your kindness and incredible generosity, we raised over $600,000 and continue to get donations through our website (www.goteamimpact.org). These funds will allow us to continue to bring our mission of improving the quality of life for children who are facing life-threatening illnesses all across the northeast and will enable us to expand the program to the Mid-Atlantic region.

Baseball great, Jackie Robinson once said: “A life is not important except in the IMPACT is has on other lives.”

Rest assured that all of you – our sponsors and advocates – have left an IMPACT on other lives. Thank you again for your support and let’s continue to Inspire, Motivate and Play Against Challenges Together!

Sincerely,

Jay Calnan and Dan Kraft
