Synergy Members receive holistic primary care, cardiovascular care, and lifestyle medicine from top-tier doctors in a cutting-edge concierge medical program.

Project highlights include exam rooms, treatment suites, wellness rooms, private offices and conference rooms, a full-service food prep kitchen and a 3-season roof-top deck with quiet area.

JC&A conducted three months of preconstruction services to assist Synergy and the design team with achieving their budgetary goals. Extensive value engineering, dual estimate approach and change tracking were utilized to keep the history of informed decisions. This approach resulted in the project coming in under the established budget and leaving room for additional finish features. This project approach is one of many that JC&A has provided for our medical office clients across many medical disciplines.
