JC&A teamed up with CBRE (OPM), IA (Architect) and Henderson Engineers to deliver a new, 12,000 SF state-of-the-art surgical center and medical office for Sono Bello at 300 Trade Center in Woburn, MA.
The project was delivered in two phases; tenant improvements to the fourth floor, including new partitions, ceilings, finishes, millwork, and new MEP systems.
The Phase II Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) will include the installation of a dedicated RTU for supplemental HVAC to operating rooms, an emergency back-up generator, and installation of medical equipment including medical gas system, vacuum pump,surgical lights and anesthesia booms.
