Giglio Properties selected JC&A for pre-construction and construction for a new life style center in Hanover, MA. This premier South Shore retail center includes restaurants, fitness centers, and multiple boutique retailers.

The 11 acre site was transformed to house 3 new, stand alone buildings totaling 70,000 SF. Greenways, pavilions, playgrounds and over 300 parking spaces connect the stand alone buildings.

Major site improvements included abatement and demolition of an existing shopping center, environmental cleanup of soils and regrading the 11 acre site. All utilities were replaced to accommodate the design including installing an onsite new water treatment plant, retention ponds and storm water recharge systems.
Working with the Owner and Architect, JC&A helped manage all materials and design decisions to accommodate schedule and budget.

The $14M project opened up for business in 2019.
