Saint-Gobain tapped the team of JC&A, Ci Design, and Avid Engineers to deliver their new 40,000 SF world-class global research and development center at 100 Research Drive in Wilmington, MA.

JC&A was involved in the project from preconstruction through delivery, transforming an existing ACF laboratory into an Industrial Chemistry lab. Project highlights include the installation of new environmental testing chambers, a complete reconfiguration of the lab footprint, and updated finishes throughout.

The team also upgraded and commissioned the pH neutralization systems, boiler plants, and tepid water systems, while installing over 20 fume hoods. Additionally, all laboratory gases were reworked.
