After delivering a successful fit out for ONEX Falcon on the 20th floor at 600 Lexington Ave in the Fall of 2020, JC&A was called on again to perform a 7,000 SF fit out on the 21st floor of the same building to support ONEX Falcon’s expansion.

Partnering once again with Fusion Design and LB Architects, the JC&A team will deliver the completed space this summer.

The project will include Teknion office fronts, new offices and conference rooms, a new ADA restroom, wood walls and wood paneled ceilings in the elevator lobby, high end light fixtures throughout the space, a new pantry and a living moss wall in the reception area.
