JC&A recently partnered with Hilco Redevelopment partners to relocate, renovate, and expand a facility for a gene therapy firm devoted to discovering and developing breakthrough medicines. We were involved in each phase of the project, including preconstruction, design assistance, commissioning, and validating extensive renovations to a repurposed mill building in Waltham, MA. The result was 18,000 SF of state-of-the-art bioscience R&D labs, an animal care facility, 12,000 SF of office space, and brand new mechanical systems.
