JC&A is currently working alongside Perkins + Will and BR+A Engineers on this 240,000+ SF property’s complete renovation and repositioning.

 

At the end of the project, there will be (4) 20,000 SF of build out spec labs, 120,000 SF lab anchor tenant fit out and new amenities center. The anchor tenant fit out includes QC labs, R&D labs and clean rooms in addition office space. The amenities also include a new café, fitness center and corporate center.

 

Every MEP system in the building is being replaced in addition to updating all utilities to the building, adding new elevators and a mechanical penthouse to the building.

 

The team just completed the installation of a 250 Ton Dunnage Platform to house four exhaust air handling units at 60,000 CFM; 4 supply air handling units at 60,000 CFM each; a 450 kW generator fed from an 8” gas line with new gas service, and 5 100 kW generators.
