In this capacity, he will be responsible for advancing JC&A’s ability to deliver superior preconstruction and estimating services to our clients.
Reilly has over 30 years of estimating and consulting experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Reilly held senior estimating positions at Shawmut Design and Construction and Payton Construction where he worked across many sectors and managed conceptual estimates and client development for projects ranging from $5.0M to $250M. Some of his impressive clients include The House of Blues, Simmons College, Massachusetts General Hospital, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and Fidelity Investments.
Timothy is the current President of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), a Certified Professional Estimator as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.
