Calnan & Associates (JC&A), a leading construction management firm specializing in world-class preconstruction services and challenging construction projects, is delighted to announce the successful completion of the topping-off ceremony at 245 Fifth Avenue. Distinguished guests, including Waltham City Mayor Jeannette A. McCarthy, city officials, and esteemed project partners such as Anchor Line Partners, Northwood Investors, Perkins & Will, McNamara Salvia, NV5, Paul Finger and Associates, and our subcontractors, joined JC&A in commemorating the placement of the final steel beam on Tuesday, June 27th, from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.

This significant milestone marks a momentous step forward in the development of 245 Fifth Avenue. Upon completion, this ground-up project will encompass an impressive 262,000 square feet, featuring six floors of cutting-edge lab and office space, along with three levels of underground parking.

The property itself boasts an impressive array of features, including 227,000 square feet of future lab space with 42,000 square foot floorplates. Additionally, there will be 18,000 square feet of amenity space, a food truck hall, and flexible space.
