Catch Up With Dale White

Every holiday, big or small, you can count on a jolly bitmoji from Dale White in your inbox.  Dale is famous throughout the company for his affability, and well regarded on site by teammates, subs and clients as being a conscientious team player with a keen attention to detail and an unmistakable laugh.

As many of you know, Dale served in the Army National Guard, and has likened his experience of brotherhood to our unique team camaraderie here at JC&A. “I was Army National Guard, and it was a great experience for me. It gave me a lot of pride in doing what I did, kind of like the working experience here at JC&A. It is a close-knit family, if you need help everybody has got your back, similar to the military, where if you’re in trouble you give someone a call and they’re right there with you. It has been a phenomenal experience working here, I can’t say enough about being a part of this family. Good friends, handshake here and there but a few of us still give hugs. It has been a real honor and privilege to work here. I appreciate all you guys, I really do.”

Dale first joined JC&A just over nine years ago at the recommendation of a subcontractor friend, with his brother Brett joining the team just two months later! Dale says that being hired by JC&A as a Superintendent is his proudest moment as a JC&Aer, even considering his many accomplishments over the past near-decade. “I feel very fortunate to be part of the JC&A family,” he says.  “To be able to grow alongside its vision is truly an honor.”

Dale earned a Super in the Spotlight while working on the multi-phased Middlesex Bank project in Natick, MA and remembers it as one of his favorite projects, in addition to the renovation of Ocean Spray’s Lakeville, MA Headquarters and the fit-out for Wellington in Needham.

When asked what the ‘JC&A Way’ means to him, Dale commented that “Being part of the JC&A company means being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team where innovation and collaboration thrive. It’s an environment where individuals are empowered to make a difference and contribute to meaningful projects. From leadership down to every team member, there’s a shared commitment to excellence and a supportive culture that fosters personal and professional growth.”
