That deep commitment was the driving force behind the creation of Team IMPACT, a nonprofit with a mission to improve the quality of life for children facing life-threatening and chronic illnesses through team-supported initiatives. Team IMPACT children are drafted onto local college athletic teams and invited to become official team members from draft day through college graduation. Since the inception of Team IMPACT in 2011 at JC&A’s Headquarters, Team IMPACT, has matched more than 2,000+ children in over 750+ college campuses across the country!

JC&A also ranked among the top corporate charitable givers in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal for the 15th time in a row! JC&A ranked #2 overall for companies with the highest average volunteer hours for a total of 37.91 hours. This award is a direct result of every one of their employees rolling up their sleeves and investing their time in the community at large. On top of their communal contributions, JC&A ranked 86th for their monetary donations and among many of their clients on the roster, including Biogen, Sun Life U.S., NETSCOUT, Pega, Liberty Mutual, Middlesex Savings Bank, Schneider Electric, Eastern Bank, and Sentinel Benefits.
