This transformative project—developed in partnership with Boston Properties, SGA, AEC Solutions, Inc., and WB Engineers—marks a new chapter in Welch’s 150-year legacy. After more than four decades in Concord, the iconic fruit and beverage company has relocated to a future-ready facility designed to fuel growth, innovation, and brand visibility.
The hybrid office and laboratory space, located at 1601 Trapelo Road, features state-of-the-art R&D labs, pilot and testing areas, shipping and receiving, cold storage, modern training suites, an innovation room, wellness space, and a vibrant café. The move is also one of the largest suburban Boston headquarters relocations in recent years and aligns with Welch’s strategy to better support employees and attract top talent.
