JC&A partnered with Troika and NV5 to deliver ClearMotion’s 20,000 SF main production line and machine shop in Wilmington, MA.

The project was broken into multiple phases to accommodate ClearMotion’s growing production need, bringing the machine shop and CMM rooms online.

Project highlights include an open production space with DIRTT wall systems, which offer room definition with flexibility; new reception area; workstations; conference rooms; a kitchenette; upgraded finishes to the bathrooms; and controlled environment productions spaces.

JC&A provided power, compressed air, lighting, FP and HVAC modifications to the machine shop to accommodate new equipment.

The team tied in new utilities for both the inspection rooms and production line; both rooms were a pre-fab system with specific coordination requirements and epoxy flooring.
