JC&A partnered with Ci Design and JB&B Engineers on this 60,000+ SF lab repositioning project for owner Outshine Properties.

Upon completion, JC&A will deliver the conversion of two floors into lab-ready space, providing a 65/35 lab-office split. Leases have already been executed for ¾ of the building to life sciences tenants Cyprotex (35K SF) and Schrödinger (17.5K SF). JC&A will build out both suites in addition to a 17.5K SF spec suite.
