Our Safety Sticker Program ensures that all subcontractors assigned to a project have been orientated with our program for that specific project and have a number that correlates with their name prominently displayed on their hard hat. Under no circumstances will the standards of safety be lowered or overlooked in the interests of time or profit. Safety rules and regulations are put into place for the protection of our employees, subcontractors, clients and the general public.

At JC&A, we strive to provide sustainable construction solutions that incorporate energy efficiency and reduce the consumption of our natural resources whenever possible. Each of our projects includes a waste management plan that diverts waste and salvages materials. In doing so, JC&A has been able to divert nearly 85% of our construction debris from landfills over the past ten years. In addition, JC&A has developed a companywide IAQ (indoor air quality) program to ensure a healthy construction environment for all our staff and subcontractors for the duration of each project.
Our knowledgeable staff of LEED-Accredited Professionals have managed dozens of LEED Certified projects, including one of the country’s most significant geothermal residential developments, New England’s first eco-friendly affordable senior housing developments, and multiple projects in the oldest LEED EB Gold building in the United States. In addition, certification programs like the USGBC’s LEED rating system and the IWBI’s WELL Building Standard offer a framework to ensure sustainable construction practices and healthy buildings for projects seeking to maximize green measures. Both have been instrumental in increasing the awareness and understanding of sustainable and healthy built environments.
