JC&A partnered with Boston Properties, SGA and WB Engineers to deliver a new, 60,000 SF HQ space for Welch’s at 1601 Trapelo Road (Reservoir Place) in Waltham, MA.

The new space includes testing and pilot labs, shipping & receiving area, warehouse, cold storage space, training suites, an “innovation” room, conference rooms, huddle rooms, private offices, a “Mothers” room, a wellness space, a cafe area and an exterior private patio.
