JC&A has completed several projects for Red Hat at their 140 Broadway office in New York City, New York.

The projects range in size and complexity. A nearly full demo of approximately 7,500 SF of their existing suite was completed in order to provide a new entry/reception with a completely custom stone reception desk, new boardroom and multiple small meeting rooms with full AV connectivity.

Interior renovations have also been completed in order to obtain a new open office/collaboration work environment. Project highlights included: a new break room (capable of catering service setup); a training room/briefing center; 3 small meeting rooms; 2 new phone rooms; 2 primary conference rooms; a small break/game room; and a bullpen-style work environment where the perimeter rooms are nearly all glass to allow light into the core of the space.
