JC&A performed preconstruction and construction services for a 36,000 SF renovation for GSK (Glaxo Smith Kline) at 1000 Winter Street in Waltham, MA.

Project highlights for GSK’s new space include new offices, conference rooms, break out collaborative spaces, a kitchenette and unique living ceiling installations.

GSK acquired former JC&A client Tesaro Therapeutics in 2019. The JC&A team had previously performed multiple projects for Tesaro at Bay Colony over the past several years.
