Nestled in the in the Cambridgeport neighborhood, JC&A partnered with Greatland Realty Partners to reposition two adjacent buildings at 167 Sidney Street and 99 Erie Street. Over a prolonged preconstruction period, JC&A worked with ownership to evaluate multiple repositioning and laboratory options. This collaborative process completely changed ownerships original vision for one asset and resulted in substantial savings that allowed the project to move forward.

Construction commenced in December 2023 and is anticipated to deliver in Q2 2025. When the projects are completed, Greatland will have two buildings, totaling 56K square feet that can accommodate over 34K square feet of constructed BL2 laboratory space.

JC&A recently completed masonry restoration on both buildings as well as installing case work and glass partitions of the open labs.
