JC&A performed a challenging 25,000 SF renovation along with a 3,000 SF addition to create a new medical office space for Children’s Hospital in Weymouth, MA. Project highlights include a new Fluoroscopy room as well as CT scan/imaging an X-Ray rooms.

Construction took place within an occupied and fully operational medical office building. The existing building was 105 years old at the time of construction. Extensive construction signage and traffic coordination was required by JC&A.
