JC&A teamed up with Bergmeyer and RMF Engineering to deliver AI Institute’s new 85,000 SF Headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

The new R&D space was designed to combine the best features of a university research lab with the best features of a corporate development lab.

Project highlights include robotics research & development labs with exposed grid ceilings, large- and small-scale meeting rooms, open and private office space, and café space for both employees and large catered events.

JC&A partnered with AI to develop and install a comprehensive AV system for the space and to prioritize the expansion of an existing MDF room to enable the migration of their networks in advance of formal occupancy.
