This new, ground-up, 250,000 SF development will include six floors of lab and office space and three levels of underground parking.

Highlights will include 227,000 SF of future lab space with 45,000 SF floorplates, along with 18,000 SF of amenity space including a co-working lounge, fitness and locker rooms, a library, meditation rooms, a game room and simulator, a food truck hall, and outdoor flex space.
