Working collaboratively with Packard Design, WB Engineers and Cresa Partners the team successfully renovated 30,000 square of the CityPoint Building in Waltham. The project consisted of the complete demolition of the existing space, MEP improvements, several new state-of-of-the-art conference and boardrooms, kitchens, private offices complete with high end finishes, as well as a welcoming reception area. All work was completed without disrupting the operations of the surrounding tenants.
