J. Calnan & Associates is proud to announce the completion of ZoomInfo’s new 100,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on Wyman Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. The project presented a challenging schedule that required precision, collaboration, and adaptability, and JC&A successfully met the deadline while delivering a high-quality, thoughtfully executed space.
JC&A joined the entire project team, along with ZoomInfo employees and leadership, for a ribbon-cutting celebration held in the newly completed headquarters. The event included remarks from ZoomInfo CEO and Founder Henry Schuck, who reflected on the company’s evolution from its first office to its new headquarters today—celebrating the growth, momentum, and people behind ZoomInfo’s success. The backdrop of the celebration captured the spirit of the milestone: “New office. New energy. Same amazing team.”

Delivered alongside JLL (Owner’s Project Manager), MPA (Architect), and BALA (Engineer), the two-floor headquarters features a reimagined reception area with custom millwork, a feature wall with high-end LED screens, a coffee bar, upgraded kitchenettes, private offices, collaborative team spaces, and sound masking throughout the entire space.
The completion of ZoomInfo’s new headquarters marks another successful collaboration and a space designed to support the company’s continued growth and culture.
