JC&A is currently working with Cresa Partners, Margulies Peruzzi Architects and Vanderweil to demo the project area on the third floor at 200 Minuteman Park, update the base building mechanical system and build out nearly 40,000 square feet of office space. The tenant improvements consist of new MEPFP systems, new state-of-the-art offices, cutting-edge conferencing capabilities, general support areas as well as open furniture work settings and collaboration areas.
Concurrently, JC&A is working with Jones Lang LaSalle, Perkins & Will, and Vanderweil on the first of 3 phases for Philips Ultrasound also located on their Andover campus. This project consists of renovating nearly 15,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space to accommodate the reorganization of Philips’ Ultrasound Department.
