Calnan & Associates, Inc. one of New England’s leading construction management firms specializing in world-class pre-construction services and challenging construction projects, announced today that Chet Braun and Josh Hines have joined the Quincy-based company’s Project Management team. In this capacity, Mr. Braun and Mr. Hines will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of projects from preliminary planning through construction and final occupancy. Their responsibilities include supervision of staff and subcontractors, trade coordination, logistics and safety planning, subcontractor buy-out, contract negotiation, requisition review and approval, financial status reports, budget reports, quality control and overall client satisfaction.
Mr. Braun has nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently Mr. Braun was with Commodore Builders where he managed projects for New York Life, The Container Store, and Brightcove. Mr. Hines had nearly 15 years of experience in the industry and was most recently with Jones Lang LaSalle and Whiting Turner prior to that. Some of his recent projects include Perkin Elmer, BU Medical School, Keurig and Wilmerhale.
