Working collaboratively with Atlantic Management and Trapani Associates, J. Calnan & Associates is currently underway with a challenging renovation to a 105-year old building for Atlantic Management. The project consists of a 25,000 square foot renovation and conversion of an existing wood mill structure to new state-of-the-art medical offices. The project also includes a 3,000 addition to house new medical equipment including a Flouroscopy room as well as CT scan/imaging and X-Ray rooms.
This is the latest addition to J. Calnan & Associates’ growing Healthcare/Life Science portfolio that includes projects for United Health Group, Fresenius Medical, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Partners Healthcare, Biogen, Acceleron Pharmaceuticals, Shire, Parexel International, Wyeth Research and Millipore Corporation.
The project is on schedule to be completed by the end of this year.
