Catch Up with Cam Doe

Catch Up with Cam Doe

As JC&A approaches 30 years in business, we’re celebrating not only the teammates who have been with us from the start—but also those who have joined us along the way and made an incredible impact. One of those teammates is Cam Doe, a project manager who joined JC&A two and a half years ago after relocating from California. Drawn by JC&A’s “strong commitment to community, culture, and the wide range of unique and exciting projects,” Cam quickly became a key player on some of our largest and most complex jobs.

Cam kicked off his JC&A journey with the new Global Headquarters for GE Vernova. Today, he’s contributing to a 180,000 SF ground-up development in the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, MA, as well as a 200,000+ SF campus expansion for a confidential client across Danvers and Peabody. He counts overcoming challenges on these projects as some of his proudest moments at JC&A:

“I particularly enjoyed working on the GE Vernova project, which included a lot of unique challenges and features. I’m proud to be nearing completion on our ground-up project with my team in Taunton and currently making our client’s vision become a reality in Peabody and Danvers.”

Cam doesn’t just show up for the work—he shows up for the culture. He’s attended every Team IMPACT event since joining JC&A and looks forward to the company’s annual Thanksgiving potluck, one of our longest-running traditions. He also participated in the Rodman Ride for Kids, where he proved just how tough he is—breaking his collarbone during the ride. Incredibly, it wasn’t his first; Cam had previously broken the other collarbone and now sports matching hardware on both sides.

To Cam, the JC&A Way means “doing things the right way and having fun along the way. Taking a vision and making it a reality with consideration of unique client needs and a commitment to quality, forming lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and JC&A team members.”

He’s fully embraced our focus on people, projects, and community—and while Cam says he feels lucky to have met so many great people at JC&A and looks forward to many more projects, we feel just as lucky to have him on our team.
