Catch Up with Brett Mello

Catch Up with Brett Mello

Three years ago, Brett joined JC&A’s estimating department and quickly became a valued team member. His expertise and dedication have played a key role in numerous high-profile preconstruction projects, from ground-up developments like the Myles Standish flex building for Rhino to building upgrades for Northbridge, Amazon, and National Grid. He has also contributed significantly to medical office spaces, including projects for Sono Bello and Fallon Health.

Now a Senior Preconstruction Manager, Brett takes great pride in his work and the projects he helps bring to life. One of his most rewarding accomplishments? Getting Myles Standish BP2 off the ground—a project he worked on for three years. His persistence and problem-solving skills helped navigate the complexities of preconstruction, laying the foundation for a successful build.

Beyond his professional contributions, Brett is a vital part of JC&A’s culture. Whether it’s his award-winning chili, his green thumb in tending to our Tower Garden, or the 20 homemade hot sauces he always has on hand, he brings personality and enthusiasm to the team. He’s also a big fan of JC&A’s Thanksgiving Potluck and Tailgate Party—his favorite company traditions.

Brett embodies The JC&A Way through his dedication, collaboration, and passion for his work. We’re grateful for all he brings to the team and excited for what’s ahead!

And no, he is not related to Isaac in accounting!
