Each Outpatient Medical Facility was built in an existing building and ranged in size from 5,000 – 14,000 SF.

Project highlights included new underground plumbing and new MEP/FP systems. Extensive underground plumbing was necessary for all of the exam room sinks.

Interior construction on each project included walls, ceilings, and finishes for eight to ten new exam rooms, four toilet rooms, staff offices, reception area and a waiting room.
