Waltham, MA Project Highlights:
Constructed a state-of-the-art network operations center complete with projectors and fully integrated A/V systems as well as a media room for online podcasts.
This was an expansion of their existing space on the third floor and was completed in 11 phases. The new renovation linked two existing Constant Contact spaces within the third floor.
The space consisted of private offices, collaboration/conference areas, and open office (cubicle) space. Offices are inset from the building perimeter allowing natural light and views from the windows to flood more inhabitants of the space.
Other project highlights included a new training room with eight large flat screen monitors mounted to one wall and a production room with sound attenuating requirements achieved with creative, cost saving measures (some of which were suggested by JC&A).
All 11 phases of work total 160,000 SF.
