David Ferreira, Project Executive

As Project Executive, David is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project from preliminary planning through completion and occupancy. His responsibilities include the supervision of staff and subcontractors, trade coordination, logistics, safety planning, requisition review and approval, financial status, budget reports, punch lists and quality control. His professional experience encompasses the involvement in multiple projects across various sectors including ground up commercial construction, corporate interiors, multi-family residential, life sciences, and retail ranging from $250,000 – $80,000,000.

David has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes extensive involvement with pre-construction in conceptual estimating, value engineering, phasing and scheduling for all phases of construction.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roger Williams University and is an active participant in several charitable and industry organizations including, Habitat for Humanity, Cycle for Life, NAIOP and Urban Land Institute-Boston.

David lives in North Reading with his wife Stacey and their 2 boys, Christopher and Benjamin.
